Happy Holidays

It is hard to believe we are at the end of another school year. The last few weeks have been a celebration of the growth and achievements of our students with graduation ceremonies for our Year 12s and students moving into our Secondary school. On Tuesday we welcomed our new families and the students right across the school met their teachers and classmates for 2020. It was an exciting and busy day with our older students from Lower Primary coming up to the ‘big’ school and others transitioning into different sections.

What an amazing year 2019 has been. I would like to thank the Concord Community, our School Council, our Teaching and Learning team, the Admin and support staff, the Leadership team and of course our wonderful students for all of the support I have received in my Acting AP role this year. It has been a year full learning for me with the Concord team as well as continuing my University studies in Specialist Inclusive Education outside of school hours. I have enjoyed the challenge immensely and look forward to continuing the journey in 2020.

As the school year draws to a close I’d like to wish everybody a safe and happy holiday. I look forward to hearing all the stories from our students next year and embarking on the educational journey 2020 will bring.
