Teaching and Learning in 2F

Year 2F has had a wonderful start to the year and we have been learning a lot about classroom expectations and how we can work together effectively in the learning environment. Students have been provided with opportunities to work with partners and in small groups to solve maths problems, in reading discussions, making constructions and completing jigsaw puzzles. Working collaboratively on tasks has allowed students to make suggestions, justify opinions, make decisions and to learn how to sort out minor disagreements in a fair way.
