Quick Question Time

At drop off or pick up time, I often get asked some great questions.  Here are some of them...............

Can I bring something in for my child to celebrate their birthday?

Yes please, we love celebrating birthdays.  We ask families to provide fresh fruit that we can turn into a birthday cake!  There are some 'pros' on team who are getting pretty amazing at turning fruit into all types of things; crowns, angle fish, cars etc.  We do ask that a watermelon or rock melon be part of the selection so that we can use this as a base.

Please do not send treats along including balloons, pencils etc as this can not always be shared out amongst children as we consider allergies and the time it takes our team to hand these items out if a child is absent.  We thank you for assisting us with this.

How do I get birthday invites out to families?

Feel free to bring your invitations in and place them in the children's Communication Pockets in the front entry.

My child's grandparents would like to volunteer?  Is this ok?

Sure is and we would love to have them along.  Please refer them to to this weeks 'Families In Action' (volunteer) information.

I can't always get there to pick up my child, can someone who is not on Fully Booked collect my child?

They can, however we need notification preferably via email or text of their name and photo identification must be shown before we will release a child into their care if we have not met them before.  We will always call you if we do not hear from you before releasing a child into someone's care that is not on Fully Booked.  You can easily add people to your pick up list via your 'Emergency' contacts section.
