Mindfulness

 

Year 3 to Year 6 students are invited to attend the Mindfulness group that takes place every Wednesday lunch time after the second bell by our school Social Worker Abbey Lamb.

 

During the sessions, students can quietly do some colouring in while listening to relaxing music and focusing on breathing. It is a great place to have a calm and peaceful lunchtime. Students are to meet in front of the ExACT room and Miss Lamb will invite students in.
