Deputy Principal
Classroom Helper Course
As previously mentioned, the Prep-2 Classroom Helper Course will be held on Tuesday 14 March commencing at 8:45am in the MPR. An Operoo form was sent home last week. A reminder that hot drinks and toddlers are not permitted at this session due to classroom visits and to minimise distractions for our students.
Student Wellbeing in Action Award
Last year our Semester 1 Class Captains introduced a 'Student Wellbeing in Action' award and Wellbeing Raffle Ticket program. The award is presented to a student demonstrating acts of kindness towards others, and is selected by the Principal/Deputy Principal. The recipient is awarded their certificate during Assembly on Friday.
The Wellbeing Raffle Ticket program promotes positive behaviours that align with our school expectations. Students demonstrating such behaviours will receive a raffle ticket from a staff member. The raffle ticket will be placed into a box in the Office. At Friday Assembly, a ticket will be drawn and the recipient will be able to make one reward choice. See below.
