Swimming Carnival BBQ

VCAL BBQ AT THE SWIMMING CARNIVAL

Once again the Year 11 VCAL students, with the help of the following enthusiastic teachers (Mr Alfio Raiti, Ms Leanne Mortellaro, Mr George Pavlidis and Mr Michael Sioukas), conducted a very successful fundraising BBQ during our swimming carnival. 

Our VCAL students planned the whole event.  They designed the advertising posters, placed them around the school, purchased all food and drinks, helped teachers to load and unload cars with food and equipment, cooked the meat, served the hungry crowds (the line was endless!) and finally cleaned the grounds at the conclusion of the event.

Finally thank you so much to Ms Villani and Ms Bouras for stepping in and helping us when  we needed to make a quick, unexpected trip to Coles during the lunchtime rush!!!!
