Year 7 News
It is hard to believe that for our amazing Year 7’s, the first year of secondary college is coming to a close. It has been wonderful to see them grow as students, personally and academically. However, there is still so much for students to do before Headstart and their journey into Year 8.
Many students have applied for Year 8 Captains for next year. I look forward to hearing their speeches in the coming weeks. Congratulations on applying and good luck.
Currently students are sitting exams
It is also important that students, in class, continue to complete their learning tasks to the best of their ability. A letter will go home to parents of students who have 3 or more performance tasks that are overdue. These students will need to attend school on Exam Catch Up Day to complete these outstanding tasks.
End of Year Activities are now available for students to sign up for. At our last assembly the students were given a sneak peek of all the activities on offer and there was lots of enthusiasm and excitement for some of the activities. Please make sure that your child signs up for any activity they wish to do.
Kind regards
