Just an update to let you know that Jon Neall has taken personal leave until the end of Term One and I am Acting Principal in his absence. I anticipate that he will return at the beginning of Term Two.  Please feel free to contact me at the school with any issues or concerns you may have.

Teaching & Learning Leading Teacher

Hello to all in the school community. I am going to explain a little bit about my role here at Edenhope College.

• I teach Year 5/6 English, Mathematics and Pastoral Care.
• I am one of the Leading Teachers here at the college. I work closely with Mr Neall, Mr McClure, Miss Tiddy and Mrs Lowe with the day-to-day running of the college, and also the implementation of the School Strategic Plan, and Annual Implementation Plan.  I am tagged with Teaching and Learning, which, in a nutshell means that I oversee the development and implementation of curriculum programs here at the college.
• I assist with the management of student support and wellbeing on a day-to-day basis.
• I am the DET representative on the Edenhope College School Council.
• I am a member of the School Wide Positive Behaviour Support Program team.
• I am one of the Literacy Leaders at the college. This year we are introducing, developing and overseeing the implementation of a consistent approach to teaching reading comprehension across all year levels and curriculum areas.
• I am one of the NAPLAN coordinators. I organise and oversee the NAPLAN testing.
