Carrot Cakes with 7A
Chocolate Raspberry
When I took the first bite of my Muffin, they where definitely worth making , they where so delicious I wanted to eat more and more, and I wanted to start making more, but it was definitely worth the time and effort, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Makes 12
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
❖ 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
❖ 1 cup of self-raising flour
❖ 1/4 cup of sugar
❖ 1/4 cup of chocolate melts
❖ 1/2 lightly beaten egg
❖ 1 1/2 tbs melted butter
❖ 3/4 cups of buttermilk
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 18*c
2. Grease the muffin pan
3. Thaw raspberries
4. Combine the sifted flour, sugar and chocolate in a bowl
5. Mix egg, melted butter and butter milk
6. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and lightly mix
7. Gently fold raspberries
8. Spoon into pans and bake for approximately 15-29 minutes
