Vaccinations

Our next vaccination clinic next Friday, 10th June, in Week 7, for Year 10 students (Meningococcal).

A completed original consent card is required by NSW Health and returned to Senior Student Reception in order for a student to receive the vaccination.

Students who have returned a consent card for a vaccination are asked if possible to wear a short sleeve shirt, to allow easier access to upper arm area for the clinic nurses. 

Please ensure your child has eaten breakfast on the day and brings food for Recess and Lunch breaks with them.

If a new card is required this can be collected from Senior Student Reception.
