GENERAL

LOST PROPERTY – Please label your belongings

We have a significant amount of lost property handed to the general office each week. Items that are clearly labelled with names are promptly returned to students. Items that are unnamed are stored in lost property until claimed. Any lost property that is not claimed is donated to our second hand uniform shop at the end of each semester.

LATE ARRIVAL

Students are reminded when arriving late to school, they MUST sign in at Reception before attending class. This prompts teachers to update rolls and keep attendance current.

If a student does not have a legitimate reason such as a note, the lateness contributes  towards their unapproved absences.

Parents/carers may approve late arrivals on Compass or by phoning the office on 9459 0222.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Students who are leaving early, MUST be signed out by a parent/carer at Reception before exiting school grounds. In the case that parents/carers are unable to sign students out, a phone call should be made to office staff informing them of the early departure

UNWELL AT SCHOOL?

Students are NOT to contact home before reporting to first aid. If  you are unwell, please report to first aid, and a staff member will assess you and make any necessary phone calls.

FINANCE

Applications for the 2022 Prep CSEF Uniform Package are open now and can be submitted until the end of Term 3, 2022.
