The ultimate aim of physiotherapy has been to assist students to explore their physical potential and to develop their physical skills and mobility to their maximum.

 

In physiotherapy sessions, students work on improving their joint range, muscle flexibility, muscle strength, coordination, balance and standing and walking skills. With passive and active exercises, and using a variety of physio equipment such as splinting, wedge, physioball, balance board, special tricycle, standing frame, special walker and walking frame, it has been successfully assisting students to gain better strength, balance control, standing skill and walking ability.

Students have always worked hard and tried their best in physiotherapy sessions. It has been great to see students making progress with their physical ability, showing improvement with their mobility skill, achieving their individual goals and stepping towards independence.
