Throughout 2020, your network has been running blog ads across social media. Using a mix of lifestyle and real estate focused content, we are putting the brand in front of people, positioning First National as not only an industry leader, but also a network that understands the lifestyles of consumers in our market.

 

Since the start of February, our blog ads have generated upwards of 4,000,000 impressions.

 

Sea Change/Tree Change - National Social Media Campaign

 

Ensure that you're taking advantage of our ongoing national social media campaign, Sea Change/Tree Change. This campaign gives you the opportunity to generate more listings as a result of Australians increasingly moving towards regional living. For further information on how you can use it to leverage your business, head to FN Central or speak to your BGM.

 

Since the middle of July, the national campaign has generated over 810,000 impressions across social media.

 

FN Firsts - National Social Media Campaign

 

In addition to our Sea Change/Tree Change campaign, your head office has recently began running a national brand awareness campaign entitled 'FN Firsts'. The four month long campaign centres on four of the key elements that create the basis for one's real estate journey - buying, selling, renting and investing. Through utilisation of our 'We Put You First' slogan, we are aiming for First National Real Estate to be top of mind, regardless of the stage that any given individual is at in their property journey. One ad will be running monthly across social media, with each focusing on one of the four key functions, and linking to a relevant blog on the national site. 

 

Over the last three and a half weeks, the national campaign has generated over 274,000 impressions across social media.

 

A Current Affair

CEO Ray Ellis was recently featured on a Saturday night edition of A Current Affair, as he provided commentary regarding the current state of rental markets in Melbourne and Sydney. Speaking largely on the challenges of the current environment, Ray pointed out the incredible work real estate agents around the country are doing, as they seek to bring the interests of landlords and tenants together during this difficult time.

CEO Ray Ellis has also spoken to REA and news.com.au regarding the effect of stalled population growth on the Australian housing market. Whilst positive that there will be strong growth in the market in 2021, Ray did point out that the pace of growth will be an issue.
