2021 Sport Captain

I’m extremely honoured to have been elected as your 2021 Sports Captain.  I have been at Mt A since Year 7, and represented the College in a variety of sports over the years.  

Although this year was difficult with the limited sports on offer due to COVID, participation was still high throughout both Trimesters 1 and 3.  My focus will be to see this momentum continue to grow next year.  My vison for 2021 is to work with the individual sport captains, to see a continual increase through the co-curricular sports on offer.  In 2021 I will encourage all girls to try something new - to participate in a sport that they don’t know how to play, with new people in a fun and inclusive environment.  Sport at Mt A will need to continue seeing girls involving themselves in the sports the College offers, to make 2021 a great sporting year!
