Monday 2nd - Curriculum Day - No students required at school.

Tuesday 3rd - Melbourne Cup Public Holiday -No students required at school.

Thursday 19th - CLH Meeting ( Please see information below )

If your child is unable to attend school for any reason, could you please text the Student Absence Line: 0439 114 197, with the students name, room number and reason for absence. Your child's teacher will be notified of this information so rolls can be marked accordingly.

CLH Meeting

Our next parent information session will be held on Thursday 19th November at 9.30am. As we will continue focusing on mental health and wellbeing in term 4 our next session will be about continuing on with positive mental health. Our lives can be very stressful at times, especially now during COVID and the upcoming festivity season. It is important to look after ourselves as parents too. 

Please join us for our last Parent Information Session via WEBEX. If you are interested in attending please send an email to michelle.zammit@education.vic.gov.au so that an access link is sent.

Medical Documentation for Students 

Just a friendly reminder that any medical or medication updates need to be provided to the school in a timely manner in order for us to know your child's needs.

All Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Epilepsy/ Seizure plans do need to be updated on a Yearly basis or earlier if medication or medical needs change. Thank you.

Bus Transport for Students 2021

Parents should have received a letter about 2021 Student Bus Transport arrangements. Please return the completed signed reply slip to the classroom or photograph the slip & email it to transport@jacanaschoolforautism.vic.edu.au by Friday November 13 2020. If you have not received a letter or wish to discuss transport arrangements for 2021 please contact me on 9309 6258.
