Well done Class of 2022 - you have managed to achieve our BEST EVER results!  I would like to reiterate that the scores on their own are not as important as the media would have us believe, and as an educator I am more interested that students achieve what they need to meet their goals.   However, the scores obtained this year from students with tertiary aspirations indicate that they are going to have many doors open to them.   

9.8% of students obtained an ATAR above 90, and 81% of students achieved an ATAR above 50 which is amazing.   For context, to fit a normal distribution curve, it would be expected that 50% of students achieve an ATAR above 50.  

Congratulations on your hard work, and a big thank you to the staff who have supported you over the past six years.   Special mention to Year 12 Managers Katina Varvaris and Sian Clarke for their care and support through this difficult year.  

Congratulations to the students inducted into "Club 90".  We will celebrate with them and their parents at a morning tea on Friday.   Congratulations also to Dux of 2022, Evie Jones.
