Parent class representatives provide lots of support to teachers, students and the community as part of their role.

Some of the parent class representatives activities include:
Share information/reminders regarding class and whole school activities as needed Arrange general support for the class teacher as requested
Share information and encourage participation with activities
Welcome and support new families to the class
Arrange a social activity for the class ie. park catch up
Be a point of contact for parents to facilitate feedback/ideas/discussion to the parent class representative group and the school as appropriate
You will be supported to get started and throughout the year.
If you have more than one child at the school you are welcome to be a representative for more than one class.
It’s a great way to help and meet families in your year level.
