End-of-year reminders

Below is also some information relevant to the start of the year.

This is a reminder for all families who have medications stored at the office - please collect them on the last day needed. The School Office will be closed from 1.30pm on the last day of school.

Grade 6 families - please ensure all plans and medications are picked up.

Ensure all plans and medications for 2023 are in date and current for the start of the school year in 2023.

Medication permission plans are available online on the school website, in the newsletter, and at the office. 

Hay fever, Asthma, Allergy and Anaphylaxis plans are available from Doctors and Specialists and must be reviewed in the time frame stated by the issuing physician.

It is very important that any medication is brought up to the office ( herbal or prescribed ) in its original box. An authority form must be completed for each drug.

For the safety of your child, and others, do not put it in their school bag, or lunch box.

Please be ensured that all medication conditions, data, and any information shared is confidential and will be only shared on a need-to-know basis.
