Grade 1

Special Christmas and End of Year Edition

Grade 1 and Prep students had a wonderful time on Friday 9 December watching Robin Hood at the Botanical Gardens!

It was a bit wet, but all 57 adults and children braved the weather and had a great time. On top of a great show we enjoyed meeting the ducks and baby geese, rolling down the hill (a must do activity at the gardens) and had a long enough break in the weather to have a picnic lunch.

Alfresco theatre at its best!

Come away to Sherwood Forest this summer as the greenwood rings with songs and laughter! Be there as Jill Scarlet and Friar Tuck try to stop the greedy Sheriff of Nottingham carrying out his devious plans? See if Robin Hood and the merry band of outlaws can save the day for King Richard and the good folks of merry old England.

Performed in the grounds of the beautiful Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens this re-imagining of the famous legend is a medieval entertainment treat for the whole family.
