Based on our shared observations about our students’ current needs in the area of wellbeing (shared in previous newsletters), it is timely that we have revisited the targeted strategies that we use across the school to support our students. We are noticing that as a result of the past two years our students need support to build their social language, ability to play with others, and understanding of the concepts of bullying, upstanding and help seeking. These policies outline how we go about this.
In term 2 we will be holding two parent sessions to further support your understanding of the concepts described in these policies, stay tuned.
