Update from the Finance Team

Term 2 2022

For info, all Cairns Diocesan Schools and Colleges have recently transitioned to a new Finance system. It is an upgrade to our existing system. An immediate implication is that there will be a delay to the issue of School Fees and Levies, for Term 2. Our staff need time to become familiar with the new system, and to maintain the quality and standards in all that we do. To ensure the integrity of our fee billing system we will be taking this time to ensure all our customer accounts are correct, before the issuing of the School Fees and Levies. 

At this stage we anticipate the Statements being issued to families by early June 2022. 

Receipt for payments made

Due to transitioning to the new Finance system there is also currently a delay in issuing receipts, for a small number of payers/families who would normally receive a receipt. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this temporary delay in the issue of a receipt/s. Please note that any payments made from 28th March 2022 will be reflected on your next Statement.
