Books, Second Hand Clothes, Trash & Treasure and Toys

We are still collecting donations for the CHPS FAIR 2019. Please make sure everything you donate is in tiptop saleable condition!

Mondays:         8:30 am – 9pm (Merry – Clothes)

                            3-3:45pm (Charm - Toys)

Tuesdays:         3-3:45pm (Vinnie and Jill - Books)

Wednesdays:    3-3:45pm (Charm - Toys)

Thursdays:        3:45pm (Yvette - Trash and Treasure)

Fridays:             3-3:45pm (Kate)

Please note, all of these stalls are run by parents at our school who will meet you at the FAIR SHED in the Organ Factory grounds to take your donations. Please do not leave anything unattended or at the school office unless prior arrangements have been made.

We will not accept children’s car seats or encyclopaedias.

Wanted - CD & Record Donations

Now we are streaming our lives into oblivion, now is the best time to get rid of all your CDs and records.

We're looking for all sorts of recorded music for the fair.

Contact Andrew Doyle and he will collect and CDs, records and any musical instruments you may have lying around to sell for the fair.

Lollies Wanted!

We are still accepting donations for the lolly stall.

We love Wizz Fizzes, sherbies, redskins, war heads, sour straps, (and all sour lollies) and packets of jelly lollies. No chocolate please!

These can be dropped off to either the 3VG canteen lunch order basket or directly to the box in the canteen.

Cakes/Slices/Biscuits Wanted

A plate will come home a week before the Fair, to make the cake stall a great success please fill your plate with some baked goodies.  

Gluten Free always sells quickly, however we welcome ANYTHING!

Don’t forget to attach list of all the ingredients and drop off at the staff room Friday 22nd or Morning of the Fair.

We are Catering for Gluten Free Diets 

The Pides Stall this year will also be selling Gluten Free Quiche Lorraines and Chunk Beef Pies

Book Stall

Thanks to all the families who have taken the time to donate to the second hand book stall this year. We have received some great stock and are looking for more high quality, good condition, adult and children, fiction and non-fiction books. Coffee table books and Harry Potter are always great sellers so please donate if you can! 

Please note we cannot accept encyclopaedias, atlases, magazines, books in bad condition, used activity/ sticker books as history has told us they don’t sell.
