Welcome

Welcome back to school for the new year.  I hope that you had the chance to have a restful and enjoyable break.  We have had and excellent start to term one and it is great to be back!

The Start of the School Year

It was fantastic to see how settled our students were on our first day of school and the focus on learning has been positive. At Oatlands we receive so many positive comments about the manners, positive behavior and friendliness of our students, which is a credit to both parents and staff.

SunSmart - Hats 

A reminder that hats are compulsory for students to wear at recess and lunchtime through until the end of April.     

No hat, no play.

Prep Enrolment for Next Year

If you have children who will be starting Prep at Oatlands Primary School in 2021 we would encourage you to enrol as soon as possible.

Student Accident Insurance Arrangements 

Parents are reminded that the Department of Education and Training does not provide personal accident insurance for students. Parents are responsible for paying the cost of medical treatment for injured students, including the cost of ambulance transport. Accident insurance policies are available from commercial insurers for those families who are interested.
