Kiara is a responsible and resilient worker, who understands making mistakes are part of the learning process. She has particularly applied herself in maths throughout this year, and ALL her maths teachers have noted how actively she engages with new and old content.  Well done Kiara for your active enthusiasm for your learning this year!

James has enthusiastically worked in maths this week, engaging in the compound and simple interest lessons. Through the year he has shown collaboration in teamwork and leadership as the Environment Captain. Well done James on being an all-rounded learner and we hope you continue to excel in secondary school. 

Although she generally defers to others when it comes to speeches, Tracy performed her oral presentation about Shaun Tan's literary style without any flaws. She confidently spoke, showing clear preparation and rehearsal. Congratulations Tracy on a unique year of learning and making the effort to create tasks, (eg book reports!) when technical obstacles got in your way.

Zahra has been an excellent help in organising the STEM kits ready to be enjoyed by all Year 5 and 6s. Her community spirit and willingness to contribute to teams makes her positive energy infectious. Well done Zahra in balancing your social and academic commitments, with all the other distractions of Year 6, to create a memorable last year of primary school.

Declan has shown effort and diligence in this term's Money and Financial Maths unit. He listens and asks relevant questions to clarify concepts. Well done Declan and thank you for the responsiveness you have shown to your role as the Performing Arts Captain.

Tyler has put a lot of time and effort into his newspaper page for the digital yearbook. He has been particularly patient in waiting to have his turn, showing his consideration of others. Well done Tyler for trying to focus, despite CoVID and all the other distractions of Year 6! We hope you enjoy the transition to secondary school.

Irina approaches her learning with care and dedication. She is a conscientious student and as the Performing Arts Captain, Irina has continued to positively promote leadership qualities by being steady and reliable. We wish you continued excellence in your secondary school!

Shengyue maintains his serious and calm demeanour in all situations, but with some cajoling, the class is rewarded with Shengyue's smile and presence in our class photos! This year, he helped showcase art in the CRPS Teachers Day video, causing great joy and admiration of his acting skills. Well done Shengyue on your unrelenting focus on your learning.

Matilda has continued to contribute to the positivity in our class and has made great contributions to our school in her leadership role. She is responsible and respectful and is a role model for our younger students. Well done Matilda on all your achievements this year, particularly in applying yourself to improve your maths skills.
