Level 6 Students preparing for graduation

Level 6 students applied various stitches and are adding the final touches to their Graduation Bears. Some students have even created masks! 

STEM projects in Level 5/6

During Inquiry this week, students used KNEX to design and create 3D models that represent concepts in Science. We first brainstormed as many concepts we remembered learning about throughout our time at school. We then chose one of these topics to inspire our designs. Some of the models represented machines that clean the ocean and other bodies of water, TV towers, satellites, our solar system in orbit, natural disasters, games, a greenhouse and a car.

The students are keen to include motors in their next design challenge!
