Legacy Stakes

Year 7 classes are currently working in small groups to create a legacy stake. These wooden garden stakes will be decorated to show what 2020 has meant to them, how events have impacted on their lives, and of what has become important to them as we approach the end of the year. 

Students were asked to write a statement of intention explaining their  thoughts and sketches before working on painting the stakes. 

The completed stakes will be ‘planted’ in communities representing the journey of these student first year at MGSC.
