Congratulations

Many of you may know Emily Baker as a school leader or a VCE student at Rosehill. Maybe you’ve heard her sing at school during Rosefest or in last year’s POP Show? Emily is a very talented singer and is currently a PRINCIPAL SOLOIST for the 2020 Victorian State School Spectacular! 

The VSSS is an invaluable performing arts opportunity that showcases Victoria’s young talent and unites government school communities all over the state. Despite the challenges of COVID this year, the spectacular is still going ahead and will be broadcasted on Channel 7 in December! Emily has been working hard behind the scenes to train via online sessions and even created a DIY home recording booth! She will also be filming her part at home using green screens, cameras and light kits sent by Channel 7. 

We wish Emily the very best of luck for the performance and congratulate her on the amazing work and dedication to her role in the past and current State School Spectacular!
