Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences - Year 7-11

Term 3 Interim Reports and Year 7-11 Parent Student Teacher Conferences

Parents/guardians and students are warmly invited to attend our Year 7-11 Parent Student Teacher Conferences on Thursday 17th September from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Interview bookings can be made on Compass from 9:00 am Thursday 10th September until midnight Tuesday 15th September. Please refer to the instructions below for making your bookings.

All interviews will run remotely via Google Meet and will be seven minutes in duration. To reduce inconvenience to families, teachers will use a timer to ensure that interviews do not run over time. If additional time is required, the teacher will arrange for a follow-up conversation at another time.

To join the Google Meet interview please enter the code ‘pt20 teacher surname and initial’ (for example, pt20snowf) at your allocated time.

Term 3 Interim Reports will be available from Thursday 10th September and we encourage you to have these on hand during your interviews to discuss your child’s progress this term.

Please note that some staff may be unavailable for interviews on Thursday 17th September due to part-time or leave arrangements. If this is the case, teachers will email their students and parents to offer alternative arrangements to discuss student progress.
