Snow Trip Applications (for current Grade 5+6 students)

Following the Snow Trip information session held last week, applications are open for the 2022 Snow Trip. Please watch the recorded information session for all the information you’ll need on the trip (including how to apply).

Division Swimming (9-13 year olds)

Please complete the form below to express your child's interest in the Division Swimming Competition to be held at Eureka Aquatic Centre 50m Pool on 4 March, 2022.

There will be a cost for the event ($10 per swimmer which allows for swimmers to compete in a maximum of two individual events, one freestyle relay and one medley relay). Please note that students will be selected for their events as each school is limited on entry numbers and qualifying times are enforced.  Events and relay teams will be selected based on times provided when registering (this is compulsory) and not all students will necessarily get a place in their chosen events. 

 

This competition is open to students turning 9-13 in 2022.  Age groups are based on participants' age as of 31 December 2022.

This form must be completed by 14 February, 2022.  Permission and payment request will follow shortly after closing date.

 

More information will be forwarded to registered families when finalised.

Team Vic Nominations

Each year, SSV run trials for Team Vic in various sports and a number of our students have attended these over the years. 

Please note that all information for each sport can be found on the SSV website (look for the Team Vic link).  Some nominations are set to open on 1 December and it is up to families to ensure they check the relevant sport’s details.  More information on the application and selection process can be found here.

 

Please note that the school must endorse applicants prior to applying as only a certain number of students from each school are permitted to attend and a certain standard is expected from all attendees.  Please do not pay any registration fees prior to receiving approval from the school. 

 

If your child is interested in applying, please notify Claire Morris no later than 15 February, 2022).  Applicants will be notified by 18 February, 2022 of the outcome.  You will need to include information about their current level of participation, club and a contact person who can verify their ability level (e.g. coach).  Once verified by the school, it will be up to the parents/guardians to complete the registration as required and make all arrangements for the tryouts.
