BASE 1270

We hope everyone has enjoyed their time off and spent the holidays relaxing in the sun. We can’t wait to catch up with everyone and hear about what you all got up to. Hopefully, everyone has recharged their batteries and is ready to begin another fun-filled year with all the educators at Base 1270.

Over the holidays, we were lucky enough to get away on a couple of excursions and have some visitors come into the program to spend time with the children. We had the amazing talents of Dazzling Dan, who put on a fantastic magic show, and Dr. Jones with Miss Maria who helped us prepare multiple lunches getting the children outdoors to pick and plant our vegetables. 

We made our way to Show Biz cinemas to watch a screening of The Addams Family 2, where we had the whole cinema to ourselves! We also went to the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre to test our tumbling and rock-climbing skills. Overall, it was a very enjoyable holiday program, and we are looking forward to our next big adventure over the Easter holidays.

Tuesday 15 February – Early (1pm) finish 

Buninyong Primary School students finish at the earlier time of 1pm on Tuesday 15 February for Meet & Greet interviews. After School Care will commence at 1pm that day. If you have a regular booking that day there is nothing more to do. If you would like to book an extra session, please do so through the Xplor app or email oshc@buninyong.ps@education.vic.edu.au
