Welcome back.

Here are a few important items to note as we begin term 2.

TAPAS Feedback

Last week we held our online TAPAS conferences. We will be seeking feedback from families with a post on Compass next week to determine the preferences of our school community platform. We would appreciate all parents/guardians to participate in this survey.

Student Pupil Free Day

For Term 2, the Department of Education & Training has provided schools with the option to hold each teacher’s allocated Professional Practice day on the same day for all staff. This is to enable the most effective and efficient use of the day. 

As a result we have scheduled our professional practice day for FRIDAY 10th JUNE. 

Students will not be required to attend school.

UNIFORM REMINDER

When students are all wearing school uniform it creates cohesion, increases safety, and encourages a sense of school connectedness. 

Wearing our school uniform builds school pride and prepares students for the expectations of a working life. 

A reminder that students should not be wearing non-school jackets or long sleeve tops under their sports uniform in the classroom or the school yard, or on the way to and from school. 

During Term 2 and 3 students can choose to wear their school purple blazer, school jumper and scarf, and the school shell jacket can be worn with the sport uniform. 

We please ask that as a school community we work together to ensure our students are wearing full correct school uniform.
