Numeracy

The Year 3 and 4 students have been busy over the last few weeks learning about time. Building a strong foundation is an important step to help students become proficient and confident in telling the time and lends itself to the facilitation of engaging, hands-on learning experiences. 

A balanced mix of fun and facts makes learning about time easier and enjoyable. Over the past few weeks students have been reading analogue and digital clocks, investigating the relationships between units of time and solving worded elapsed time problems.
