Students have been participating in The Resilience Project during PACC time.  As previously advised, this is a year-long program with a focus on students improving their gratitude, empathy, mindfulness and emotional literacy. Over the last couple of weeks, students have completed introductory lessons and made reflections in their personal journals.  We are receiving positive feedback from parents/caregivers and students.

Juniors recently completed activities based on empathy.  Below is a resource sheet provided by The Resilience Project on how students can continue to develop their empathy skills at home.
