AEC Voting Day Fundraiser – Saturday May 21

Thank you to everyone who helped the school have a successful day at the Voting Day BBQ & Cake Stall on Saturday May 21. We raised approximately $1,080 on the day. This is a great result that wouldn’t have been possible without the support of everyone that volunteered, baked and/or donated.

The PFA would like to thank the following volunteers who came and helped at the BBQ/Cake Stall on the day:

The PFA would like to thank the following families who donated for the BBQ – this has helped greatly to keep our costs to a minimum:

And a big thank you to Kristy and Leo C who brough us down a thermos of hot coffee to warm our freezing bodies! It was very much appreciated.

The PFA would also like to say a massive thanks to Bakers Delight Macedon Plaza who generously donated the bread. Roland and Nina are always so generous to the St Kevin’s Catholic Primary school community and we are very lucky to have their ongoing support.

Crazy Day Lunch – Friday June 3

Tuckshop

Please note: the tuckshop will only operate on Wednesdays & Fridays during

 Term 2 & 3.

Please remember to show your full vaccination (including booster) certificate to Robyn or Fiona in the office before heading down to the tuckshop.

PFA Meeting – Friday 22nd of July at 2.00pm via Google Meet

If you are interested in finding out more information or would like to join the PFA, please email pfapres@sktemplestowelr.catholic.edu.au and we will send you a link to the meeting. It is a great opportunity to contribute to your child’s school and get to know others within the school community. 

Please note that this meeting has been moved forward by 30 minutes to allow parents to get to school and collect their children by 3.30pm.

In order to be in line with Ministerial Order 870, (a requirement for all registered schools in Victoria), we are required to obtain Working With Children Checks (WWCC) for all people who volunteer in any capacity in our schools – including parents. Volunteer WWCC are free and can be obtained by filling in a form online at http://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/home/applications/

You will also need to fill out the attached documents to volunteer at the school.
