VET Kitchen Operations, 1st Year

The 1st years decided to make mini grazing platters. Chicken kebabs, beef koftas and naan was hand made. They also made the tzatziki and the salsa, in addition to the hummus. The garnishes of fresh lettuce, lemon wedges and nasturtiums and fresh mint from our kitchen garden added colour and flavour.

Excellent work 1st years. Keep up the super effort.
