What's on in May
Careers week is almost upon us. This is a chance for us to highlight different careers and some of the tools used to explore our career options. Students are asked to check their emails for information and resources throughout the week. You might also like to stop by the Careers Centre and try out the VR Headsets or sign up for some Virtual Work Experience. You can read more about National Careers Week at https://careersweek.com.au/about-ncw/
Next week is the last week of Workplace Learning for Placement 1. It is essential that students attend their final day on Thursday (19 May) or Friday (20 May), as per their normal schedule. On this day, it is important to have Log Books finalized with attendance records and employer assessment pages signed.
Placement 2 will commence in Week 2.7, with details being sent through as placements are confirmed. Parents and students, please keep an eye on your emails for this important information.
