5/6 Girl's Basketball To Play In State Championships!

The 5/6 girl's basketball team headed off to Mill Park Stadium last Thursday for the Basketball Victoria regional play off. The girls played in 3 matches during the pool around and won two of those games. This was enough for them to progress to the quarter final stage where they had a comfortable victory over Ivanhoe East Primary School. 

The team now continues on to the State Championships on Tuesday November 22 with the venue TBC. This is a wonderful and rare achievement! While we have experienced success in a number of sports with teams and individuals making it through to regional events this is the first time in some years that we have reached the state play offs in any sport.

Aquatic Education

Thank you to those families who have responded to the swimming ability survey. If you haven't done so please attend to it as soon as possible. This informs the swim school as to how to group the students during the lessons.
