Big Congratulations...

The Science Department at Cheltenham is very excited to share the news that we have three students, Tobias S., Natalie M. and Sienna G., who have been accepted into the National Youth Science Forum in January. This is a 10-day residential program where participants engage in an exciting range of in-person and digital science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) experiences.

At the program, students will have opportunities to:

  • participate in tours of science and technology facilities
  • learn about cutting edge research
  • engage with industry partners and research providers
  • learn about university and STEM career pathways
  • mix with other like-minded students from all over Australia and
  • network with former NYSF participants to further increase understanding of STEM-related study and career experiences.

We look forward to hearing about their experiences when they come back to start the challenge of Year 12 in 2023.
