RAFFLE TICKETS DUE BACK
Reminder that RaffleTickets are now due back. If you still need to return these please hand back into the school or parish as soon as possible. Each book needs to be accounted for.

CAKE STALL
We are inviting all school families and parishioners to bake something delicious for the cake stall. A favourite cake, slice or biscuits would be a wonderful and much appreciated. Be on the lookout for further instruction which will be sent home with children. All items baked need to be labelled with your name, the date on which it was baked, whether it is fresh or frozen, and a list of all ingredients. It worked well last fete so NO PLATES will be distributed again this year. Historically only 25% of the total plates and bags distributed have been used, which
has resulted in unnecessary waste. If you are unable to supply your own plate please let us know and we can arrange something for you. CAKE DROP OFF at Cake Stall (Friday 18th November, 1pm – 3pm)
PLANT STALL!
Please email Aidan at aidananddiana@optusnet.com.au.com or call 0431 499 625, to let him know what you are growing. We can arrange collection before the Fete, or you can deliver them to the school (St Johns) on Friday 18th November from 11:00am.
RIDE WRISTBANDS
Purchase your Wristbands before Fete Day and Save! $35 pre-fete (same price as 2019) $40 from Friday 18th November and Fete Day. Use the TRY BOOKING website to pay on-line, then collect your wristbands from the school office - bring you E-ticket as proof of purchase. Tickets can be collected from the offices (date to be confirmed in the next newsletter). Keep an eye out on FaceBook for the rides that will be there. https://www.trybooking.com/CDYHB
MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK!
A lot of hours are put into running a FETE, please spare some time to help our
volunteers by giving us an hour or two on a stand. Volunteer links can be found on
the last page.
If you can’t help FETE Day please consider either the day before or the day after FETE.

• 20th November: Working Bee; 9am – 1pm. BBQ lunch provided
• 7th December: Post Fete Review; 7.30pm
