Harmony Day

Last Thursday, OGPS celebrated Harmony Day. Our school was buzzing with excitement and bursting with the colour orange. This year the message was ‘Everybody Belongs’, which provided our students with a great opportunity to learn about cultural diversity and inclusion. Students were engaged in many activities about belonging, the origins of food, greetings in different languages and cultural respect. Peer Connect groups were also held on Harmony Day and students were able to share their learning experiences with peers from different year levels. What a wonderful SEL day!
