Performing Arts
We have begun this term with a bang in Performing Arts with the cast list being announced and rehearsals beginning for our production of Shrek the Musical Jr. We’ve started learning singing warm up exercises along with the lyrics and choreography to a couple of class songs. The foundation and grade 1 students have also been practicing their character poses. Check out the photos and try to guess what fairytale creatures they are!
Scene rehearsals began yesterday at lunchtime with some lead characters. Special shout out to Jack W for being the youngest student in the room and taking direction like a superstar!

St James School Choir
An Operoo was sent out last week regarding the Choir which will be commencing in week 4 (May 12) on Wednesday mornings at 8am-8:50am.
Thank you to those who have responded already. Please respond to the Operoo before the end of next week so I have an idea of the amount of students who will be attending.
