On Friday morning the School orchestra attended the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. They joined world-class Brazilian pianist, Nelson Freire for an uplifting Friday morning performance with conductor Sir Andrew Davis to hear Beethoven’s final piano concerto, popularly known as the Emperor; as well as Wagner’s magical Götterdämmerung: Morgendämmerung and Siegfried’s Rheinfahrt.
Join this group of dedicated parents/carers in supporting the running of Performing Arts at the school.
First meeting on Tuesday 13th March at 6.30pm in the social staffroom of the main building.
A great way to get involved and meet other families.
