Updates from the Finance Team

Camps / Sports / Excursions Fund (CSEF)

CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities. The allowance of $225 is assessed and paid to the school on a yearly basis, and is dependent on eligibility.

If your child/children received CSEF in 2020 at Heathmont College, the school will automatically apply on your behalf. If you are new to the College or are recently new to receiving a Health Care Card or similar, please contact the school office to obtain a CSEF application form or download one from: https://www.education.vic.gov.au/Documents/about/programs/health/CSEF_application_form.pdf

The cut-off date for 2021 applications is 25 June 2021. Please be aware that you are able to use the ‘Use CSEF’ function for paying and consenting to Events in Compass.

2021 College Charges

Heathmont College would like to thank all families who have already fully paid or who have committed to a Payment Plan to cover their child’s/children’s 2021 College Charges.

Family Statements will be sent/emailed home shortly. If you have fully paid or are on an agreed Payment Plan, the Statement will be for your records only.

The College understands that families may experience financial difficulties or hardship at times and may be unable to meet full or part payments requested.  If you are yet to make a payment, families are requested to contact Accounts Receivable by the latest Monday 17 May 2021 to make payment arrangements.

For enquiries, the Finance Team (see below) may be contacted in person at the Main Administration Office, via email heathmont.co@education.vic.gov.au or by telephoning 9871 4888.

The Heathmont College Instrumental Music Program is going from strength to strength! Thank you to everyone who has already paid their child’s full yearly charge of $200.

A friendly reminder to families that the Program is an opt-in, extra-curricular program provided by the College and as such, attracts a compulsory fee. Please ensure that this has now been fully paid.

Thank you to the 97 students in Years 10 and 11 and their families for their commitment to bringing this year’s amazing Central Australia Tour to fruition! Dates are 20 June 2021 to 3 July 2021.
