Learning
We have continued our focus on our School Wide Positive Behaviours, in particular 'Be Respectful and Be Responsible' and learning about emotional literacy through the Rights, Resilience and Respectful Relationships Program. In English, we have been developing our reading stamina, practised our comprehension using Reading Eggs/Eggspress, written narratives from picture prompts in the Big Write and decorated our Reader's and Writer's Notebooks. In Maths, we have finished our first learning cycle on Number and Place Value. This week we are beginning our new unit on Addition.
Our favourite website for those who would like a little bit more work on number and place value is Kahoot. Here are two links to our Kahoot quizzes. Have fun!
Note - quizzes are limited to a player limit of 50.

Maths Fun with board games:
Teddy Bear's Picnic
We had so much fun on Friday 11th February when we brought along our fluffy and cuddly friends for our Teddy Bear's Picnic. It was a beautiful, sunny day where we could enjoy our lunch on the oval with our friends and teddy bears.
Photo Highlights
The addition of our Ninja Warrior course for our Grade 3-6s has been a huge hit in the playground.
We are very much looking forward to catching up and meeting our families for our P/T Interviews (3 way conferences) this Wednesday 23rd February.
Have a wonderful week!
Kind Regards
James Baker, Jo Adcock & Brydon Barnett 😊👍
