Webber House

On Tuesday 25 July, we came together as a School Community to acknowledge and celebrate the academic success of our students in Semester One. I am very proud to report that Webber House were named winners of the Challenge Cup, based on their Academic successes in Semester One and their effort and application to learning. How delighted we were to take home this special award and congratulations to each and every student who earned an award and contributed to our successful achievement.

Our Students and Staff enjoyed a fabulous Webber House Day, wearing their Pyjamas to School on Friday 28 July. It was wonderful to see everyone get involved in raising money for the Catholic Missions. All sorts of PJ’s were in vogue this year, with fabulous flannies, animalistic onesies and granny nighties, all the rage! Students supported the sales of pizza, lollies and cans of drinks at lunchtime and we sold out of most items. Once again, Bingo was well supported and many prizes were taken out by students who were the first to shout ‘Bingo’!

On Friday 16 June, last term, Webber House celebrated a lovely Family Lunch. We were so fortunate to enjoy a beautiful lunch cooked by our resident chef, Ms Hazelwood and her many helpers in Hospitality class. Thank you so much to all those parents and staff who came along and enjoyed lunch with us that day. It was a lovely time to come together with our students and one we will all look forward to again next year.
