Sustainability News

a picture says a thousand words....

We have finally had our first gardening club session!

It was raining as I  drove to school but thankfully storms passed and we had a fabulous session and planted out our veggie beds and herb planters.

A keen bunch of happy gardeners with the help of the lovely Kate McDonell, Mrs Murphy and Miss Levy planted out everything we needed to. Many hands certainly made light work.  Hopefully St Patrick's day brings some luck to our green thumbs.

We look forward to growing our crops and then selling some of our produce to you all.

Stay tuned 🌾🌿🍀🍃🥕🧅🥦

Please continue to try an reduce the wrappers and rubbish that comes to school.
