Principal's Message

We welcome Mrs Claire Cranfield to our wonderful staff.  Claire will be working as a teacher assistant.  We welcome back Ms Bec Johnson, who is working with us as a teacher.  Bec will be working in literacy support, helping run the various groups we have with our multi-tiered intervention support.  

Covid-19 continues to cause issues but compared to other schools, the impact has been small so far.  It is particularly disruptive when staff are required to quarantine for at least a week, so I thank families for their understanding and kindness.  We continue to do everything we can to keep our community safe.

Kinder 2023 enrolments are currently underway.  If you have anyone who is interested in Kindergarten at John Paul II for next year, please let them know.  We are experiencing strong enrolment demand and now have a significant waiting list for this year’s current Kindergarten class, as well as other grades in the school.  

The green shed has disappeared and soon the container and large gumtree will too!  Please read the correspondence via Compass regarding the construction of the new hall, as we need to make some changes to ensure contractor access and safety for our students and families.
