Choir

On Thursday 5th December the choir visited 3 Nursing Homes to sing Christmas songs. The Homes were: OPAL Roxburgh Meadow Heights, CraigCare Pascoe Vale Nursing Home & Aged Care and Arcadia Aged Care Facility Essendon.

The students were welcomed with open arms and residents sang along to the well-known Christmas songs. Many students received hugs and praises before leaving. The students are to be commended for their professionalism and ability to bring great joy to many older citizens of the outer community.

Well done to all the students for their hard work, practising during lunch-times each week. They’ll be back in our Christmas Concert ready to sing ‘Here Comes Santa Claus’, which includes a little dancing from some of our Year 6’s.

Christmas Concert

The weather for our 2019 Christmas concert is looking amazing. Please make note of our specific areas for picnic blankets and chairs. Also when sitting in the photo pit at the front we’d really appreciate it if you could sit on your bottoms while taking photos so the people on blankets behind you can see the show clearly. We’d also be very grateful if you could keep children away from the playgrounds during the hour of our show (5:00pm to 6:00pm).
