Change of Chairman

Pathways outgoing Chairman, Andrew Sypkes, with Tasmanian artist Helen Devenish

Passing the Baton...

In November of 2018, long time Chairman of the Pathways Board, Andrew Sypkes, retired and changed his role to that of a "Roving Ambassador" for Pathways, handing the baton to Pathways Board member, Nic Stephen. We recently presented to Andrew and his wife a vibrant watercolour family portrait to thank him for his years of selfless service, presented to him by well known Tasmanian artist, Helen Devenish.

The Pathways family wish to express our delight Andrew is staying close, and thank him for steering the organisation through years of exciting growth, change and modernisation. We are delighted that trusted and respected Board member, Nic Stephen, has taken upon himself the role of guiding Pathways' strategic vision to an exciting new phase and brings his considerable marketing, people and culture management skills into the family.
