Mid-Autumn Festival

The Mid-Autumn Festival is the second most important traditional festival in China.

It is a festival where families and friends gather to have a reunion dinner.

Families will get together to appreciate the moon and eating moon cakes.

Eating moon cakes is the most common and representative tradition of the day.

In Chinese beliefs, appreciating the full moon symbolises for a family reunion.

On this special day, our International students celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival with a variety of delicious moon cakes.

It’s a great opportunity to think about family and friends no matter if they are near or far.

We wish all families who celebrate this important day a very Happy Mid-Autumn Festival.

中秋节快乐!
